The Source of the Lison

Educational farm

Thomas and Céline welcome you to their farm located in Buffard, a picturesque little village in the Doubs on the edge of the Jura. On the farm, 50 cows of the Montbéliarde breed ensure the production of milk, making it possible to produce Comté and Morbier. Come and discover the first link in the production chain of these cheeses that you love so much!

 

L The Barracks of the hamletu
(14 of the Chaux forest, 39380 La Vieille-Loye)

Former forest hamlet of the Forêt de Chaux, which became an ecomuseum in 1990, in La Vieille-Loye, in the Jura, in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Made up of a dozen old wooden constructions reconstituted by lumberjacks and charcoal burners from the Middle Ages, this tourist site has been listed as a historical monument since June 20, 1986.

 

The Great Saltworks of Salins-les-Bains

Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009, the Grande Saline is the unique testimony of 1200 years of salt production.
